Two exclusive properties, hand-picked by the Meridian investment panel and launched live by Adam Duffy. Geelong from $620,000. Brisbane houses from $860,000.
The Reserve Bank lifted the cash rate to 4.60% on 29 September, its fourth rise this year. National values have fallen five months straight. If you only read the headlines, this looks like the worst possible moment to buy an investment property.
The rental market tells a different story. Vacancy is still under 1% in five capital cities, and rents kept climbing while values fell. The shortage of housing hasn’t changed. Only the competition to buy it has.
Adam opens with the latest from the Panel on what the rate move means, then launches the two properties it has picked for 2026.
Hand-picked by the Meridian investment panel, and shown with the real numbers on each one.
The details stay under wraps until the webinar. On the night Adam puts both on screen with every number shown.

An hour from Melbourne, with a price point that keeps the deposit within reach.

Houses in Brisbane, where rental vacancy is still under 1%.
The latest from the Panel following the interest rate move.
Launched live, from $620,000, with the full numbers on screen.
Houses from $860,000, launched live with the full numbers.
How to take a closer look at either property, and when the answer should be no.
A 20% deposit on the Geelong property from $620,000 is $124,000. On a Brisbane house from $860,000 it is $172,000. The same deposit on a median Sydney house is $346,778.
Put another way: both of the Panel’s picks together cost less than one median Sydney house. Two assets and two rent cheques instead of one.
A financial-planning background and a portfolio built on the data, not the hype. Adam is a Partner at Meridian Australia, which has helped clients complete more than 2,500 property purchases since 2011. On Wednesday 4 November he shares the latest from the Panel and launches its two picks for 2026, with every number on screen.
